If you want a two night package, you must book the second night seperate by adding this to your basket.
Yes, we have one room available for your clients with pet. However, the pet is not allowed entering the common areas, like reception/restaurant. And the pet must be kept at the room during your stay. For dogs, we have a nice outdoor doghouse.
Can I store my bag/luggage?
Yes, we do offer luggage storage free of charge. The hotel reserves to right to deny storage of oversized and suspicious items.
Do I have to pre-book a table in the restaurant?
No, all our guest are welcome to eat in our restaurant, some days are bussier than others, please contact the resaturant at restaurant@trolltungahotel.no if you are a larger group.
Do you allow early/late check in and late check-out?
Requests for early check-in and late check-out are honored but subject to availability. Allowable free-of-charge early check-in is from 12 PM. Applicable charges will be billed for exceeding hours.
Late check in after 23.00 please let us know. Late check in can be agreed by contacting reception at mail@trolltungahotel.no minimum 24 hours before arrival.
Check out later than 12.00 PM will be billed 50 % of the rate of room.
